1. Extremely top down and mirocmangement (No one dare to say no to boss) 2. No empathy/ respect/ trust to staff (boss to senior/ senior to junior) 3. Redundant company/ team structure, but everyone will aggressively prove their existence in order to survive 4. Don't expect freedom here coz the supreme boss comes from Singapore 5. Intransparent and nonsense HR policy under COVID-19, very backward remote working technology and policy 6. Unethical manner - whole company is playing around in the grey areas of the industry(including both promotion/ products) 7. Boss is knowledgeable, but at the same off the ground with bad temper/ getting above himself 8. Vission/ mission/ value is only the slogan but will be emphasized EVERYDAY 9. Inefficient way of work (PPT/ presentation/ meeting count 90% of work hours) with little impact/ output 10. Boss embraces parallel competition strategy within the same team, leading to dissonant company culture

I'm seriously concerned seeing so many +ve reviews lately and not telling the truth. As the one suffered before, I see that it's extremely important to stand out and tell the world the truth. Employees are forced to do something worthless, they even really don't have a say. In order to survive, you can only be a follower and keep saying "yes". Otherwise, it's a mis-fit and you would be asked to go, no other voices are allowed except the MD.
