Pros
They were very little pros working at NeoReach except for the fact that most people on the lower end of the staffing were fairly nice.
Cons
This company has absolutely no idea what it is doing. As far as I’m aware, they’re actively lying to all of their clientele just to keep them on the line. Their financial officer, Brian is incredibly slow at the best of times,, and knows next to nothing about finance yet is the head of the department this is most likely because the top for all relatively good friends that went to the same school and lived in the same area. This is just for the proof you should never hire your friends. Jesse is a inheritance funded capitalist who has no idea what he’s doing. He is completely disconnected from the entire company and actively has no idea what is actually going on. Their budget cuts, often hurt the company more than help. They recently cut a community management team that was supporting my department and drastically decree star sales because of it. But also, anybody else in my sales department could not actively support them self, because they were given zero tools or structure to do so. One of the managers, Chris is under the influence on a regular basis in meetings, and does not contribute. His ideas are wild, absurdist and add nothing to any conversation or productive meeting we attempt to have. He is often a non productive person more than he is a productive member of any team.
