Everything’s here is a con. Stupid management. Everything here is strange. Few people have great consideration. Others are considered like mules. Least pay more work. Unexpected layoffs. Oof thats the most dirty part. Literally the dirtiest part. Dirty politics. Most interesting part is anybody can be an advisor of management. All you have to do is to speak some English, give some authentic intellectual kind of pose and make a funny little PowerPoint presentation with some unrealistic ideas and cipher kind of flowcharts. You think you can do this??!! WOW you don’t have to work anymore. Keep doing this all the day. You are the best. You are the king. You define the protocol. Epic. Employee Provident Fund (EPF) or simply PF. Finance department practice some Black Magic I believe. Vanishing beauty... PF is the beauty. We can see the PF amount deducting from our salary( very prompt). But no signs of that money in our PF account. Amazing. On site for some employees but that also on visiting visa. Management speaks of integrity but behind the curtain this kind of cheaps tricks are happening. Meetings meetings and more meetings. I think this might be the entertainment factor the management must be planned for the employees. Anyways this is the most efficient stress buster. Why can’t employees work for 20 21 hours a day?!! Employees here are very rude. They are only working for 16 17 hours a day. How sad right?!! Employees...please be a little kind to the company. Did someone say salary hike?!!! YOU are FIRED. For management appraisal is some kind of irritating or itchy word I think. “He is not complaining about the salary. Awwwww how cute na?!!” The best thing is that anybody can do anything here. Project manager goes for marketing. Business Analyst writes code. Even the office admin can perform requirement analysis for an upcoming project. Beautiful isn’t it. None of a kind. Because Neologix is something that is mutating. It’s not a company actually but it’s an organism that feeds on the flesh and blood of innocent people working there.
