    Overall great culture and people. Hardworking teams. Good holidays, flexible hours, dogs at work etc.

    Cons

    Politics proves to be the majority of daily life. So slow to get things through the system. Career progression can be slow.

    Great opportunity to connect with different departments and learn from senior people. Opportunity to work flexi-time (in some locations).

    Cons

    No option to choose locations for each 6 months placement (sites can be either in cities like Liverpool or York but also towns like Buxton, Wisbech)

    Great company. No.1 food business worldwide!
    Some great brands and people
    Leaders in thkning and outlook

    Cons

    Slow, perhaps too corporate, although you can understand why.
    However, they are being outperformed by a number of competitors, both local / regional. Need to switch on and speed up.

    Challenge how they retain talent

    Agility
    Forward-thinking....although you're trying you need to be more radical and faster!
    But...A great business, just let the outside world in and let them know how great it is
