I have been working at Nestlé USA full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Nestle provides an open and inclusive environment that provides accelerated career growth opportunities, excellent work life balance & flexibility, and the ability to impact business results quickly. The Cleveland Campus in particular has experienced a tremendous of growth in the last 1.5 years, providing a lot of opportunities for both internal and external candidates. I am so excited to see all the growth that has happened for our campus, company & our people!

    Cons

Nestle is undergoing a great deal of change at the moment that requires all of us to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. For some they thrive in this type of atmosphere, while others can find it frustrating and daunting.

    Cons

Working remotely and traveling extensively has its challenges. One must always be learning and adding to their toolbox. only 2 directions one can go - upward or outward.

    Advice to Management

Enable current work base to learn more. get involved at a more personal level to promote worker growth

I have been working at Nestlé USA full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Nestlé is a spectacular company and currently undergoing tremendous change but for the better. Management has recognized the need to transform a old company set in its ways to a new and innovative company that is listening to its consumers, customers and employees. This then translates to change for the good in all facets of business from new and improved products for consumers, improved service to our customers and a better place to work for our employees.

    Cons

The con is we can’t get there fast enough for some employees, For those that hang on it will be worth the wait. This is one of those cases where the grass is not greener somewhere else. It’s better to bloom where your planted and help the company make the necessary changes.

    Advice to Management

Stay the course especially in the USA. Our new CEO is doing a fantastic job and that will be evident in 2019.

I have been working at Nestlé USA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nestlé USA walks the talk. Everything I read before joining here rang true for me immediately - the commitment to community, work-life balance, a focus on culture change, support from management are all things employers preach, but Nestlé USA actually puts them into practice. Highly recommend anyone who's interested to explore opportunities here, you won't regret it.

    Cons

Size & structure can be intimidating and confusing, but if you take the time and initiative to get to know other areas of the business, it becomes much easier to work cross-functionally.
