I have been working at Nestlé Waters North America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

New NWNA CEO with good business sense and great attitude. He holds Executives accountable and is making positive changes.
Moving toward alignment with other U.S. businesses.
    Benefits keep getting better.

    Cons

Change is hard and there are still some with old company mentality.

    Advice to Management

It is critical to have the very best people to be successful. Determine if those in the "old regime" have the right capabilities and attitude to help drive success.

    Pros

    Pay Benefits Co-workers Equipment Facility

    Cons

Workload Employee headcount Hours No lunch or breaks Computerized routing system...Supervisors sitting inside doing meaningless tasks while in possesion of CDL license while drivers are overloaded and customers are not being serviced.

    Advice to Management

Get proper ROUTE headcount...multiple ULs not needed, put those bodies on the road to satisfy your customers..just need an opener and a closer. Safety guy can go too, look at your safety record.

I have been working at Nestlé Waters North America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

401K and benefits aren't that bad. Otherwise, nothing else.

    Cons

MANAGEMENT.. MANAGEMENT.. MANAGEMENT.. What's the deal? Years ago it was an awesome place to work...Now it just blows. Customers take a back seat. Dragging customers left and right, running out of product, rescheduling customers deliveries without telling them. Customers quitting all the time. WHAT.... Go back and retake MGT 101 fellas. When you lose customers, you lose revenue. I used to take PRIDE in my job. Now I just show up for a paycheck.

    Advice to Management

Good customer service = $$$. Apparently upper management forgot this concept.

I have been working at Nestlé Waters North America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Only 401k and benefits. Nothing else

    Cons

Long hours with terrible routing solutions. Local management are head cases more concerned about their image with execs back out east instead of their drivers. The micro managing is ludacris. They simply need to control everything. Poor communication from corporate to workers. Constantly changing procedures and rules. Making harder for drivers to meet their scores for raises. Lied to us about raises this year. Gave us initial bump because they increased starting pay then yearly reviews rolled around NOTHING!!! Stingy.. Very secretive is local management. Won't tell us anything. This company would rather cut off the nose to save the face. DO NOT APPLY!!! Everything has been a lie.

    Advice to Management

Don't bother to autonomy respond like you do on every social media platform.

    Pros

Absolutely the best employer that I have had period. Things can be shaky at times, but I wouldn't trade it for nothing in the world. I absolutely love it.

    Cons

Leadership's inability to disclose 💯 percent about the future at the Dallas plant, which leads to an uneasiness among employees. Other than that this is an awesome place of employment. I absolutely love my job.

    Advice to Management

Just be honest with employees about which direction that the company is going. We love Nestle and I for one am fully committed to my job.

    Pros

401k, field work, engaging customers, working for a national brand.

    Cons

Upper management has totally lost touch with employees. They don’t even treat you like a person, all you’re is another number or head to cut so we can make our numbers. Cut cut cut.... what happened to the people that would laugh, smile, enjoy working here?

Well, they are all gone or too scared to do anything but keep their heads down in fear.

    Advice to Management

none, you can’t take a horse to water and make him drink. There is no point..

However I will leave you with this..
“You once had a beautiful house than some evil evil wolves came and blew the house down!”
