I have been working at Nestlé Waters North America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

New NWNA CEO with good business sense and great attitude. He holds Executives accountable and is making positive changes.
Moving toward alignment with other U.S. businesses.
    Benefits keep getting better.

    Cons

Change is hard and there are still some with old company mentality.

    Advice to Management

It is critical to have the very best people to be successful. Determine if those in the "old regime" have the right capabilities and attitude to help drive success.

I have been working at Nestlé Waters North America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Recently got 2 pay raises in less than a year. Started with company in January 2018 at $13/hr. (Thats with an OSHA Certification) Got a raise to $15.03 in June then a 18% payraise effective January 2019. Starting pay for new hires is now $18.25/hr. Which upsets incumbents of 5 or more years seniority. They only got a 59 cent raise. Excellent benefits

    Cons

Passive approach to employee concerns, Lackadaisical supervision, Tribal mindset

    Advice to Management

Invest in more comprehensive diversity training. No one likes to be referred to in a derogatory way, It's a productivity killer.

I worked at Nestlé Waters North America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The people and product is amazing. I believe those who are not in executive level positions truly care about the business and employees. I have nothing but respect for the products being offered.

    Cons

I believe that the CEO and Executive Team are disconnected and create stress with “transformation”. They are looking to make money by cost savings. Raising your price above what a consumer will pay for the product is not necessarily good business advice. Also having positions that are constantly being evaluated and combined increasing an employees workload is not creating strong morale. I believe that the CEO is not thinking about those who are facing the challenges every day and has created stress on Lower level leadership.

    Advice to Management

Rethink how you are Transformating the field.

    Pros

Out on your own all day and route is easy when you get to know it

    Cons

You get micro managed on how to run YOUR OWN ROUTE when you’re the one out there every day. The person out there everyday has a far better understanding than a computer system.

    Advice to Management

Let the drivers manage their own routes.

I worked at Nestlé Waters North America full-time

    Pros

100% remote. Make your own schedule. Own your own "business". It's up to you to make sure your market succeeds. Great team. They do a great job of helping you identify your strengths and weaknesses, and are always looking to your next role. Lots of career development.

    Cons

Typical issues when working remotely. There isn't really a "community", other than bi-weekly team calls and bi-annual team retreats.
