Pros

I have worked at NetCarrier for a couple of years. They are very big advocates of promoting within the company. All of the employees get along very well, it is a pleasant work environment. I like to consider it my second family. I would recommend this company to anyone, especially is you are looking to jump start your career.

Strong traditional telco Product set (PRI, N xT-1, MPLS)

Cons

"Churn and burn" sales environment. Do not value their employees. Also, does not have a strong IP telephony offering. Have had numerous issues with their VOIP platform.

Ok place to get your foot in the door with Telecommunication Industry. Best thing to do is learn and move on to a better place.

Cons

High School click environment. No real HR department, a few managers are good and receptive of our concerns most are not and you forced out the door. Pay is very low....
