offshoring work - the offshore model doesnt work - isnt flexible - error prone projects overrun and create massive resource bottlenecks high pressure doesnt yield high rewards high staff turnover in sales and ps. staff are not replaced with skilled new hires poor strategy slow key management decision processes netsuite hire monkeys because they pay peanuts

Great product - for a small / mid size business this has to the be platform of choice, when it comes to larger companies then its a harder sell.

Lack of awareness, hiring process leaves a lot to be desired and people are often put in a position not due to talent but a last option.

Very fair in all dealings with the employees. Visionary CEO and inspiring managers. Awesome HR and Administration Departments! Great product and probably the last and best of its kind (cloud computing). Wonderful perks.
