I can say that I had a great experience with the hiring process in NetSuite. They have very approachable HR and always on time. NetSuite offers great compensation and benefits to its employees.

Everybody is kind and professional. The day I had my interview, of course it was nerve-wracking just like the normal job interview, but the managers and directors were very accommodating. I like how the HR team provide clear instructions and check on the status of my requirements. I feel that they are really concern to their soon-to-be employees. They made me feel comfortable when it comes asking questions.

None so far. Honestly, this is the best experience I had when it comes to job application. I feel that this is a great company to build a career.

I have been working at NetSuite
Pros
Compensation and benefits is great compared to other companies. Stock options included, health card covers not only employee but also immediate family members upon employment unlike others where you have to be a regular employee first to avail said benefit. HR assistance is highly commendable too. They are there for you every step of the way.
