I have been working at Network Capital full-time

    Pros

I'd be lying if I said my work wasn't challenging, but it's very rewarding and management is always looking for the next hard worker to promote. I've really enjoyed working my way up the ladder there, it's obvious that they care about recognizing and rewarding hard work. It doesn't hurt that their salaries are super competitive, too.

    Cons

Must always be prepared to tackle a new challenge if you want to maximize your potential.

I have been working at Network Capital full-time

    Pros

It's obvious that the people in upper management have solid values for the company. I've been able to speak with them a few times (I'm not high up or special, they just make it a point to get to know everyone) and they were really easy to get along with and seemed to care about keeping us happy and doing right by our clients. It puts me at ease knowing the people in charge are looking out for me. I really like working for them.

    Cons

    I haven't experienced any.

I have been working at Network Capital full-time

    Pros

It's easy to see that my managers are extremely committed to helping me do my job to the best of my ability. They go out of their way to make sure that I'm always more than prepared for any task and are never more than an email or text message away if I need any help at all. It's really nice knowing that I have a solid support system at all times,

    Cons

I haven't had any negative experiences.

It allows me to learn a ton and develop some incredible skills that I normally wouldn't have gotten the opportunity to. Overall working with Network Capital has been fun, fast paced, and exciting.

We're expected to complete our jobs at a high level, but where is that not the case?

I have been working at Network Capital full-time

    Pros

They have a great reputation. Making 100k+ a year is easy. I've been there for a little over a year and they only keep the best so I know that because I've made it this far, I'm already among the best mortgage bankers in the industry.

    Cons

Can't be late, use social media or talk on cell phones.

I have been working at Network Capital full-time

    Pros

Network is the place to work if you want to maximize your potential. It's no secret that the training there is the best in the industry, because it's being replicated by almost of their competitors. Even for people new to the field, they give you everything you need to get licensed and help you build your initial client portfolio. It's by far one of the most supportive places I've worked.

    Cons

There haven't been any cons for me.
