    Smaller, non-hierarchical office structure
    Part of the BNY Mellon group - though, in practice, very little overlap between the two
    Open discussion of ideas with like-minded professionals

    Cons

    Some engrained management practices that might need to change - and perhaps are changing
    Not very good on communication of change

    Advice to Management

    More clarity with staff, especially over important issues that are changing - which always leak out in any case
