      Nice people to work with for the most part over all.

      Cons

      No sense of competitive salary ranges, they dont empower their employees, and the average retention rate is 6 months. If a company goes through employees that fast you have to wonder. Good luck to the people who still work their.

      Has great benefits, everyone is willing to go out of their way to help you, great mission, clear communication, very nice office spaces, The leadership cares about their employees.
