Horrible pay with the the all the focus on success to distract potential hires from the peanuts they will be making. I would stick to a normal job that gives a livable wage instead of one like this that pays next to nothing and offering delusions of grandeur.

This is a company that claims to have a lot of opportunity when in reality, it is anything but. The "opportunities" that they speak of is selling phones and cable at Sam's Club. They always post on their social media about how great they are yet the pay is meager and benefits are non-existent. Additionally when you start, they make you sign a contract saying that you agree to be commission based despite promising a salary.
