Union contracted company, they need to negotiate higher pay rates, better medical in particular. And paid breaks outside of lunch ( were no 15mn breaks when I was there, you got a 40mn lunch).

Training is inappropriate , manager is horrible, hr is a complete mess !! No brakes 30 minute lunch but one hour for office workers. Certain trainers and supervisors don’t know at all how to treat people . If you’re going there I’d reconsider I FORCED myself to go to work there and only made it ten months and in that time I seen numerous people leave so yes huge turnover . Basically this place is not worth the effort
