      Pros

      The staff are wonderful they make working for a company that cares only for its distributors and treats staff with distain, the staff are tireless, hard working loyal people.

      Cons

      Senior management are clueless, they act for the short term, do not long term plan, hapless style from US HQ, lost direction.
