Wow!!
Those are too many potshots all at once. I sense a lot of anger and pain and an intent to cause harm to me and the company. So firstly, here's a lot of love coming your way. I forgive you even though your review hurts me personally and professionally despite its baseless and untrue nature. Since you’ve posted this anonymously on a public forum, I couldn’t choose to ignore the message because this could affect the careers of the current and potential employees of Node. I think it’s my responsibility to respond.
For starters, two points are true from the feedback : The average tenure at Node is around 4 plus and people choose to be rehired in Node. I am thankful you mentioned it, but may be you could have mentioned it in the Pro’s section. Thanks Anyway.
My sense is that you were probably fired from Node, hence this extreme reaction. I am sorry for what happened. Your disgruntlement is perfectly understandable. Node is an extremely performance driven organisation and hence our tolerance for non-performance is really low. Ask any bootstrapped entrepreneur he’ll tell you the same. The only other ground to fire people at Node is integrity issue/s and if my guess about you is right, then it were zero tolerance integrity issues that got you fired .I would love to have a chat to talk about it personally if you want to. If you need proof will be happy to provide the e-mails.
About the accusations on rents, GST and salaries - No one runs a charity to support this company, the government, our landlord and least of all the employees. I don’t think a company can survive long enough by not paying rent, taxes or salaries. Tax notices arrive sooner than pizzas these days. Information about prompt payment on GST and TDS is in the public domain, you may want to cross check facts before hurling accusations about other companies next time.
I have nothing but sympathy and love for you ( though it sounds exaggerated and sarcastic ) I really mean it. I seriously think you need a better way to vent your frustration about life in general and get to being happy again. You seem like a very unhappy person and that makes me really sad. I recommend you try following : The Happiness Program at the Art of Living. Try listening to these wise men : Ekharth Tolle, Mooji, Osho.If you think talking to me will help, I am a call away. No wisdom to impart but I will be all ears I promise. If you think you need professional help, Node will be happy to sponsor a few counselling sessions for you.
As far as comments about my product knowledge go, I agree, I could do better. I am gonna take that feedback seriously and work hard on it. Thanks for pointing that out.
Lastly I wonder what role you were in to share such comprehensive feedback about Node ( from product to legal and rents ). You should add ‘keen observer’ ' surveillance skills' and ‘eye for details’ to your resume.
I am also appealing to all the past and present employees to share their feedback on this forum, anonymously. Let truth prevail. Satyameva Jayate!
Lots of love :)
