I would put zero stars if I could. Disorganized and unprofessional. My manager didn't spend any time training me in anything. He spent his days doing everything that management asked and complaining that he was the only busy one, but had he trained us, that would have been resolved. He made numerous racial slurs in front of other employees and shouted and swore at the people around him. No concern for safety of employees. Requiring high fume epoxies and paints to be applied in a an enclosed space and no ventilation

Unrealistic expectations from management, 55+ hours / week is expected solely due to manpower and disorganization. Leaders do not hold employees accountable for their actions. Supervisors are honourary only, NONE of them have even had 1 course in being a proper supervisor. Only the HR department knows anything about OH&S act let alone anything about REG. 851. I'd say they need a union for protection but the employees run the show now anyway.
