I worked at Nordex full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

can make good money but need to give up your life - not even a joke

    Cons

bad vibes, high pressure, bosses dont know what theyre doing, dangerous place to work, lack of skills and authority from senior management, training is non existent, salary is very poor, have to give 95% of your weeks and weekends up to make a good wage, would rather shove my face in the poor quality IGBT's in the IDS converters than work for them again,

    Advice to Management

Needs a full restructure - listen to the technicians and it could be a great place to work. Travel needs to be paid in full or included in the working days. The customers need to have more of an input in the safety

I have been working at Nordex (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good working Environment, great People. I always felt very comfortable working for Nordex. Also the Location is veryy good, I cxan mostly work from home and drive to the sites.

    Cons

Long working hours, working the Weekends sometimes. It always depends on the turbines. Often I had to go out in the middle of the night because of a fault.

    Advice to Management

I would say Nordex should become a little more flexible. I was never able to actually make my own decisions. Other than that I think the Management does a good Job.
