    Pros

    Pays okay compared to some other schools

    Cons

    Not a great place to work imo. Very “boys club” like so you have to know people. Always in constant change and Poor HR policies. Retirement benefits stink too

    great co-workers, great learning experience, furnished apartment provided (mine was a studio, in the future they will be shared 4-bedrooms)

    Cons

    high turnover, administration doesn't seek advice from lower-level workers, requires more hours than advertised, no overtime

    Flexible schedule around classes, pretty easy low stress job, ability to pick up shifts for extra money

    Cons

    Some of the other staff members don't really care about the job

    Pros

    Can be convenient to work on campus. Close proximity. I imagine more flexibility in hours than an off campus job.

    Cons

    Can feel exploiting at times. Highly unorganized. Superiors can be difficult to deal with and set in their ways. Slow to implement useful change.

    Lack of collaboration between departments. Very political/hierarchical climate. Department currently undergoing a lot of changes.
