    The people there are great and the schedule is flexible

    Cons

    when fire alarms are set off or when the internet is down the job becomes incredibly hectic and you can tell the managers are stressed (but the job is still great with these rare occurrences)

    Pros

    Highly flexible hours & scheduling. Supervisors are supportive but also hands-off enough to allow you to work independently. Collaborative and interactive training sessions. Helping other students is in itself rewarding.

    Cons

    Mediocre pay. Time-consuming initial training.

    Gives great professional experience working with Deans and high members in the academic field. You can choose your own hours and is very flexible.

    Cons

    There is always office politics when it comes to decisions made for the team by the higher ups. It can be annoying at times but the Pros outweighs the cons.
