    Collaborative culture, professors want you to succeed.

    Cons

    Not everyone (students and faculty) in all departments is fantastically smart or good to learn from. Huge differences between departments.

    I worked at North Carolina State University part-time

    Pros

    They worked around your schedule to make sure you had a school and work-life balance.

    Cons

    There was a high turnover in coworkers, so it was difficult to mesh with the new employees at a time.
