    Pros

Large land-grant university with all the resources and core-facilities you could ever want

    Cons

Main Campus can be a little crammed for parking but Centennial Campus is great. This "con" is nothing compared to UNC or Duke though.

Great state benefits; lots of opportunities to get involved in university life, even for adult employees; very supportive team; career longevity
