    - Meals provided 3 times a day for the whole summer.
    - Highly recommended for any student regardless of degree program.

I have been working at North Carolina State University full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

If your willing to change units, there are always job growth opportunities.

    Cons

Salary is the lowest across the country. You have to pay to park. Technology is minimal. There is a large number of employees under qualified but have been there for 20 to 30 years. People tend to hire friends and family members.

    Advice to Management

Evaluate the organization and do an audit and assessment of roles and responsibilities. There is so much waste and unproductI've people.

I have been working at North Carolina State University full-time

    Pros

Raleigh and the RTP area are great for academic and intellectual ideas. Plenty of well-educated researchers and professionals make stimulating conversations easy to come by.

    Cons

Few cons, if any. The university is split up into two campuses, main and centennial, which can make communication/collaboration burdensome.
