    Investing in younger generations, proximity to research and development, resources in Physics and Nuclear Engineering Departments to expand knowledge in field, interdisciplinary collaboration.

    Too much overlap/ blurred lines between work and life.

    Keep funding undergraduate research!!!

    I worked at North Carolina State University full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Great place to work. Colleagues were supportive. Lots of events and lectures on campus so there was always something to do after work. Never bored.

    Cons

    The demands of the job could be hard at times. When the pace picked up, we all had to pitch in and work overtime.

    Work on the 'work life balance' of your employees.
