    I learned a lot there. As an educational institution, they were open to taking on undergrads and teaching new lab skills.

    Intimidating bosses (for an undergrad!)

    Pros

    Great job! You get a comprehensive health insurance as well. Pay is good to support your education. If you get a teaching assistant position, generally your tuition is covered as well.

    Cons

    You have to be in constant touch with your emails. Even on weekends , since students sometimes send you an email right before the submissions of a Saturday or Sunday

    -Good health insurance plan
    -Helpful environment
    -Fair Workload

    Cons

    Salary. It was fine but getting a little tighter as living expense at Raleigh increased in the last few years.
