    Pros

    Good Benefits, good hours, good work-life balance, apart of a large system, State employee retirement. Feel a part of the family and team.

    Cons

    Pay to park, departments managers are penny pinchers, commute, and no formal training for new employees. They kind of throw you out on your own.

    Advice to Management

    Give more training to help with learning the culture, operations, and systems at NC State and how things work here.
