I worked at North Carolina State University full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

This university has world-class professors and excellent research facilities. Lots of opportunities for internal and external research collaboration.

    Cons

Suffers from typical growing pains of surrounding city infrastructure. Things tend to slow down during the summer months which can impact research.
