I worked at Northrop Grumman full-time

    Pros

Mostly a great group of people to work with and for, you are constant learning environment. Most of the managers are wonderful

    Cons

There are very few cases where the projects are not that great and some of the people aren't skilled. Their medical benefits are the worst I've ever had in my entire career.

I have been working at Northrop Grumman full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Encourages employees to rotate into other job areas and diversify skills. There are a lot of interesting projects to work on.

    Cons

You can get placed into a project using tools/languages you hate or aren't interested in. They usually let you switch into something you prefer, but it will take a while and will require networking and making your interests clear. They will still move you at a whim if your skill set is what they need for a different contract regardless of your preference.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Northrop Grumman full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I can't think of any pros to working here.

    Cons

My boss assaulted me and I didn't feel it was safe to go to HR. Female employees are discriminated against. I saw salary discrimination against trans employees. Backstabbing is the norm. Management isn't willing to address systemic problems.
