Some colleagues are nice but cons outweigh.

No one cares if you have a disability and need more time. See all the illegal activities of the CEO/leader, that no one ever mentions. Very poor pay and not up for discussion. Micro Management and liars. Pretend want to help you but will drop you in seconds. Lack of training Annual leave constantly refused Policies exclusionary No opportunity to progress When covid hit, I was in the only team expected to stay at work while everyone in the rooms got COVID.

Poor management. You do have to work extra hours but you don’t get paid for them.

Not all mangers are impartial and blatant favouritism is shown shown to favoured employees. Difficult for many employees to progress.

Lots of amazing projects and people working hard to improve the lives of the residents in every way imaginable

Senior leaders will veto projects, refuse oversight and cover up/hide evidence of anything ever going wrong. Director and above level are more interested in politics and in fighting than supporting the residents
