    Extremely strong brand and market leading security portfolio.

    Cons

    Far too siloed in terms of both regional and product teams. This creates a great deal of internal politics with no unified roadmap or global strategy when servicing multi-national customers and partners.

    Advice to Management

    When adopting a go-to-market strategy (i.e. 100% channel) hold true to it rather than allowing areas of the business to go rogue for their own benefit. Also be far more timely in the delivery of sales comp plans to
