      Pros

      The autonomy to build and design features clients (and patients) actually wanted and would use.

      Cons

      After a couple of 'Re-Orgs', leadership started to crumble and focusing on client wants and needs started to wane. What was once a promising startup to improve a dilapidated and archaic system, just became dust in the wind. To be completely fair, since this hasn't been updated in a long while, the ship started to sink when 'they' removed Justin Williams from his position as CEO.
