      Good company with an awesome COO

      Good friendly environment among colleagues

      Cons

      Worst COO and CEO is outside of BD and the COO is destroying culture. You cannot take your leaves and have to hear bad mouthing when you are 10 minutes late. Salaries are often late and comes in 2 parts. No HR can stay more than a year due to the COOs bickering and micromanaging. Too much bias among tech and non tech people.
