I would not even recommend my worst enemy to be employed by Novare Pay Consulting. I had a very bad experience working for Novare Pay.
First, although being a pay incentive company, the firm does not provide decent compensation for the work carried out. After a 60 hour week week, I think my hourly salary was about 150 kr/hour. I had a better salary when being a student. You are not asked to work overtime and weekends, you are forced to, without any compensation what so ever. If saying no, partners will yell at you. You can randomly on a Friday night at 5pm be asked to work during the weekend and stay at the office until midnight. The partners don't have any respect for your private life and expect you to be available on your phone 24/7.
My colleges and I also experienced bad treatment from the partners. You don't get any on boarding and when asking for help, you are rejected and treated as a fool.
On top of all this, one of the male partners also had an offensive behavior towards some of the consultants.
All in all, I would not recommend anyone to pursue a career at Novare Pay Consulting.
