I worked at Novartis full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great people
    Great benefits
    Good salary
    Invest in your development

    Cons

The company does not promote from within at higher levels (above Director).

    Advice to Management

You spend a lot of time and money developing leaders but then go outside the company for positions above Director. Give the talent that you developed a chance to move forward.
