    Pros

There is no pros, they do not treat their workers fairly.

    Cons

Terrible people, under paid, no hours and no benefits. DON'T EVER TAKE A JOB HERE! The position title was Customer Service Rep but we did not interact with anyone, it was just processing mail.

I have been working at Novitex full-time

    Pros

Always something to do so you're never bored or having the day drag out. The people you work with are amazing.

    Cons

Never really get acknowledgement for the hard work you put into the job. Can get very repetitive and management will sometimes ask you to redo work because of their mistakes.

    Advice to Management

Come together and communicate as a team.

    I worked at Novitex part-time

    Pros

The Companies Novitex employees are contracted with are well known, solid and secure.

    Cons

Employees will go years without and raises, bonuses.I went for years without a review. The corporation is too interested in forcing Team Leads ( who are really managers, but title them as Team Lead so as to pay them less while requiring overwork) smoke screen numbers, charts, graphs, reports, phone conference meetings that really don't help employees much. If we needed a service, it was implemented by someone halfway across the country. Each department is headed by persons in other states, making it difficult to reach out due to time zones.

    Advice to Management

Show appreciation for employees! They are navigating the deathly FL I4 E & W through crazy drivers, construction everywhere, torrential rains and tornadic winds! They systematically recv, sort and scan, then deliver the mail to the clients while also providing specialized services as well. Do not forget the scope of the employee's tasks. And don't indignate them by throwing a measly 20 cent raise at them after many years of Nothing. There are many 'faux' companies out there...of which you are one. Your employees are the machine that makes your company run. Inspire them...do not stagnate them.

Relaxing Atmosphere, easy going job, awesome customers, great job for when you're in college. Team Leads would do their best to cater to your schedule and be lenient with days off.

    Cons

No room for advancement. No raises.

    Advice to Management

Make yourself known to your employees.

    Pros

    Nothing positive comes to mind

    Cons

There is no positive things to say. If i could i wouldnt even give a one star rating. Management for this company act like children and have probably rigged some of these reviews. This company has broken federal regulations and laws. They underpay employees by about ten dollars an hour compared to the actual job.

    Advice to Management

Just shut down your company. Your going down anyways.
