    Pros

None, do not bother there are so many better companies out there

    Cons

Everything, avoid if you have any integrity

    Advice to Management

Removed from my post within 3 weeks of full time perm role in finance, in London office. Reasons to support my exit were lies and flimsy at the least. Absolutely amazed this company continues to trade. Avoid like the plague.

    Pros

Excellent location. London Bridge. Brilliant but only location wise.

    Cons

Unprofessional and incompetent board. Intimidated and threatened staff. Fear amongst employees. Reckless attitude of senior management. CEO is clueless, and surrounded by incompetent zero brained yes men.

    Advice to Management

Improve your attitude and stop treating it like a garage business. Treat people like humans.

I worked at Nscglobal full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

great growth story, opportunity to be involved in demanding challenges, international business, global brands, some great people. if the role will get you to a new level in a year or two then do it and then move on (most people do) opportunity to progress - depending on where you are and who you work with

    Cons

There is nothing to show that there is any interest in people - if you have an interview - ask the following - what does the business do to make it a fun place to work, what benefits improvements have there been in the last 2 years, what % of bonuses were actually paid out last year, is there a documented bonus scheme (non sales), what events are planned for staff over the next 6 months, what regular communication events...

    Advice to Management

It's possible to manage without fear - Work out how to build a positive culture and infrastructure for people to thrive.
