Cons

Bailed out by investor
Engineering and pre-Sales not aligned over product capabilities
Minimal product ecosystem
Lack of essential enterprise features
Virtually zero client tooling
* Management is very smart, sane, and transparent. Execs sit in the desk farm with everyone else.
* Highly skilled engineering team doing amazing work on the product.
* Fiscally responsible (i.e., moving out of downtown to save money; nice, but not lavish, parties and gifts).
* Well stocked kitchen and you can request other items.
* An enormous business opportunity.
* Friendly culture - low finger-pointing, blaming, red-tape. Very much a "get-it-done" place.
* Top-end Mac laptops and whatever other hardware you need.
* Good work/life balance with flexible WFH arrangements.
* Nice mix of on- and off-site social opportunities.
Cons
* Since it's a startup, it's not immune to stressful times, especially around product releases.
* There are considerable engineering challenges to be overcome, but therein lies the opportunity.
* The current office space has drawbacks in terms of noise level and meeting space, but the company is moving in the spring.
* The "employee review/rating" form is outdated and doesn't fit with our culture. This is the biggest con.
