      Pros

      Wonderful kids and some great families. Many diverse learning activities. The facilities were very nice.

      Cons

      Rampant favoritism. If you weren't part of the 'in' club you were treated like an outcast. Staff openly talk about you with each other. There is never enough staff so you rarely got to use the bathroom. There was pretty much no discipline on the kids allowed, not even time outs, so the kids did whatever they wanted with no consequences - which is not how kids learn right and wrong. And, of course, low pay and no benefits.
