Joining this company will turn out to be the worst decision of your lifetime. 1. There is no corporate culture, it's basically a bunch of incompetent locals with communal ethics 2. Think of it like a family business where the teenage wannabe child is the "CEO", someone who would never visit the office even. And even if he does you are not 'allowed' to interact with him. 3. Dev team doesn't even know how or Eve try to use GIT. 4. There are 3 managers, HR, Dev and Design who communicate with some 'ghost' higher management and there is absolutely zero transparency 5. If you come up with ideas, the so called manager's intervention will make sure they take up credits for it. 6. Nothing works in the company. That's why they have no successful projects to show for. 7. All the reviews you see are fabricated. Believe none of them. God help you if you still join them.
