This guys business is to bring people from third countries in the Netherlands to the local companies, their main responsibility is to set up newcomers (housing, paperwork, ruling). - paperwork that is done by an external company is ok. - ruling that is done by an external company is ok. - providing temporary housing - the executor usually helpful but one person can't do: arrange house, accountant work, resolve day-to-day issues
Cons
Management: - not useful; -usually always busy - will always run from you. Contract\resposibilities with third parties: - Insufficient information provided (you can't really on the information that they provide - probably the reality will be different) Housing: - the timelines that they are giving for setup process on a new place is not correct, they are not following their own estimates; my advice put this point into contract explicitly; - temporary house is not adapted for long-living; - very slow and ineffective in resolving day-to-day issues; - they don't provide full information about the setup in a new country, you will need to find out everything by yourself - there is no overall support; - you will never get the owner of this company - he is always busy and does not care about the employee; - in talk and deed, you will feel as second sort human - they usually do not care about your problems.
