    Pros

Car park for staff, hours where from 6am - 1:30pm but normally fininsh at 2-3pm and get paid overtime, can change working times easy by online system. Can work at 4pm-11:30 but expect to get home at 1am sometimes

    Cons

Not given proper training, given bad routes 1st time out where u got to fit a large van in a tight road, if u have 3 minor scrapes on the vehicle you get fired, the vans are made out of fibreglass, some mangers at Wimbledon need to take a mint because they got bad breath, the hygiene is very poor, urine is all over the toilets, launch only comes from a vending machine, and nothing healthy is available no water either, they have a rest area which has outdated pc machines, and a pool table you got to pay for, if you got to pick up ya van from inside you will be breathing In diesel fumes, no headphones or own music allowed in the van, and you rearly get the 20min break that they give u, the outdated gps system can freeze and give wrong directions, making you late for the drop, no ac in van, no gloves allowed, the first 4 weeks are at a reduced pay rate and they charge you every week for the uniform, the boots are alfull and painful, would need to buy some.

    Pros

Nice vans, good holiday booking system and good colleagues

    Cons

Shifts.start between 5:30am and 4:00pm,work most Saturdays and Sundays and bank holidays to take home £300-320. Carrying heavy shopping up 4 or 5 flights of stairs (I had 60 litres of water once). Looking for rural addresses in the at late at night and the route not allowing time for this so you end up running behind schedule and having to phone customers. Having to take the shopping into customers houses that are always right, even if their wrong. Lack of empathy from senior management and poor morale resulting in a very high turnover of staff.
