Everyday I am meeting new people and I have new opportunities to learn new things. It feels great to get the job done well and to see the customers smile and appreciation. It gives me satisfaction.

Good pay, book holiday mostly when you want,
vans are good, and bit nippy.
Managers are great, and other drivers are great too.
Cons
Hours I don't agree with -- 5:30 AM till 1:30 PM, 6am till 3pm, then 4pm till midnight. I'm hardly ever home.
Managers get antsy when you accidentally go off route.

- Some departments were thriving but mine was very negative, so I think it depends what department you end up in.
- Management was very male centered so no progression for females.
- Old school views

Do not micro manage. Do not promote long working hours to show commitment, instead praise getting work done within the contracted time frame.
Do not tell staff to smile more to make male peers comfortable because they openly do not like your face.

Flexible Working is hard to request, The Sickness Process Is Not Fair And Needs To Have A Better System In Place Such As The Bradford Factor:
