      Pros

      The culture at TinderBox is fantastic. Unbelievably smart and motivated individuals. Young People, free food, flexible hours, laid back and casual environment. It's also fun to work for a results driven management in a high paced work environment. Workplace is very entrepreneurial like. If you have a good idea and can demonstrate the benefits you've got the green light. The work you do here is very high impact and you are constantly learning. Lots of opportunity for personal advancement and specialization. The excitement about the future of the company is palpable.

      Cons

      Things move quickly, and for most that's a great thing.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, fun team environment, with leadership that listens to employees. It's easy to feel like you belong here, and management truly cares about the team members. Also, the team stops at nothing to make clients successful.

      Cons

      Like any start up, people wear a lot of hats and the environment is fast-paced. If you're looking for a 9-5 where you punch in and out, Octiv isn't for you.

      Took a pay cut to come here but TOTALLY worth it, and made up for in spades by the culture and people who work here.

      Pros

      - Transparency between C-level officers to everyone in the organization - ROWE workplace (results oriented work environment) - A wonderful team of individuals who are all working together to make TinderBox the best it can be - Community both internal (support of all team members) and external (community service in Indy) - Support of new ideas by management - I basically get to work at a great company, do what I love, and hang out with my friends everyday - and it's called work.

      Cons

      The only "pain" I currently feel is due to our still growing company. For example, there are lots of ideas and great things we have on the road map and our only restraints are that we can't grow fast enough to accomplish them quicker!
