The people that you will work with are some of the most caring, funniest, and hardest working people that you will come across. Your managers truly care about your success and personal goals. 3. If you're really into data and numbers, the internal reporting system and tools they had at Offers is AMAZING.
Cons
1. Waiting on corporate approval on anything can take a painfully long time. 2. Depending on what team you are on, Thanksgiving will probably not be a relaxing holiday for you anymore considering how big Black Friday is for the business. 3. There are little to no female representation in upper management and c-suite.
