Good company to work. Great Team makes you feel welcomes
Cons
Little to no progression in career. Weak HR. If you are bullied, it might be you who might be asked to leave rather than the bullies leaving. Managers have no sense to judge who the real candidates are to be promoted. For candidate selection they go by theory of ' who they know not what they know'.
