      Pros

      Great company that takes care of its people. Management cares from Praful himself all the way down to Stephen. Pay is good and so are the benefits.

      Cons

      It is a shame they do not have more contracts, because I would go back to working for them in a heartbeat.

      Outstanding hiring process: utilizes individual talents

      Pros

      * Significant communication from company owner and staff; very professional and personable * Company hired extremely competent people to form the IT Support Team; it was a pleasure to work with them on a daily basis * Excellent work environment; Most of us being prior military allowed us to utilize our combined skills effectively * Team Lead was outstanding in knowledge of IT and very supportive of the team members

      * Contract was cancelled due to lack of military funding
