I worked at Oliver Wyman full-time

    Pros

good benefits, get to piggy back on the benefits the consultants receive. Some really intelligent people to work with

    Cons

Some questionable people at the top of some of the functions, the way some people are treated is shocking. You are made to work very hard for little reward or development. Long hours culture.
