Pros
- A very positive & excellent work environment. - Great team with creative and inspired people from both technical and non-technical backgrounds -Loads of opportunity to learn as well as take on responsibilities , contribute ideas and an encouraging leadership. - Even though you may not be directly a contributor in a department , your views and suggestions are heard with an open minded and also accepted if felt suitable by the leadership team. - Never a place where information and knowledge are held back from anyone.
Cons
-Not sure, if this can be labelled as a con, but as is the case in most startups, priorities change lanes very fast. One must be adaptable and self-motivated to work in a startup. -Also, more structure is required in some areas, which again, is not unusual for a Start-up
