      A really great place to start

      Pros

      There are some really good people here and the company has no problem hiring right out of high school. You can make a career here as a machinist and be set for life.

      Cons

      Work flow is often at one extreme or the other. Sometimes you’ll have nothing to do, other times managers will be begging for parts and everything is a high priority.

      The people were welcoming and friendly.

      Cons

      Everything other than the people, bad pay no raises or promotions poor benefits and only 10 days earned time off a year.
