      Great opportunity to work on products that affect millions of users. Transparent communication and a culture. A company respects work‑life balance (paid sick days and extra holidays)

      Cons

      Rapid growth sometimes leads to evolving internal processes, or specifications that may not be well-documented yet. Simple changes can require disproportionately large development effort due to tangled dependencies.
