Zero Hour contract, so you can basically choose when you work/take as much leave or time off as you need. Good to balance with uni/if you have a second job

It's hospitality so there's always going to be cons.
Pay isn’t great and breaks aren’t the best
Directors have conflicting ideas which is frustrating when they visit events as would have to change things according to what they want
