Pros

Not many are there. They do not get people because of their reputation and hence you get good salary but apart from that there is no positive thing about the company.

Cons

Many are there, but some of them are: - politics, politics & politics. Big turn off. - technology is from 1980s time, every thing has to be done manually. Management think that IT is always right and people are asked to do lots of things which can be done using IT. In reality, IT is the weakest part of this company. IT team is useless and always looking for excuses. - no recognition or appreciation for good work. - bad culture which starts from the top. Co-founders asks people to fight with each other. - Most people are here because they do not have any other jobs. - shouting on people is very common and is actually rewarded. If you talk loudly management thinks you are doing good job. Very stressful environment.. - employment terms are very bad. - replacement is hired and then you're asked to leave.

Pros

Handsome amount of money, as they had raised funds. Good if you are looking for politics and sycophancy as a way for growth. Extremely bad if you are looking for any learning and professional growth.

Cons

self centred management, drenched in ego of funds. No proper tech team. Pass the blames and find a scapegoat is the policy. Frequent shouting and unnecessary pressure is considered as the way to get work done. Its perilous for your career if you try to delivery anything or gave any serious advice. Most of the work outsource to vendors who benefited from duration for project instead of some solid delivery. So join here for salary only not for any other expectation.

Pros

Great vision | Nice culture | Investor Backing | Profitable business | Huge pipeline of ideas | Stable strategy The roadmap looks solid. The company is for people who want to learn and build a long term career. There is no micro management and people are the CEOs of their own projects.

Cons

Gurgaon office is new and there is a growing team. Sometimes you feel that things could have been faster. But the problem will reduce with more people joining in.
