Pros

The people are much nicer then most in the fashion industry. There is very little snobbery, attitude, bitchiness, or competition.

Cons

The Design team runs in a very disorganized manner. So far it has worked out well, but can be very frustrating at times. Also, people work longer hours than at most companies, and regularly work on Saturdays here.

Pros

It's a good place to get experience in the industry because they will work you to the bone so you'll be prepared for the fashion industry.

Cons

Managers micromanage and criticize their employees. Employees aren't told when they do a great job, only when they do things "wrong". Pay is below the industry average and overtime isn't allowed but you're given an 80 hour/week workload and expected to do it in 40 hours. When you ask for raises you're told there's no room in the company budget even though the higher ups keep filling their pockets greedily.
