Pros
Great exposure to a variety of projects, roles and responsibilities. As a small company you are fully involved in projects for their full cycle (proposals, design and construction). Small project teams.
Cons
Downsides are typical of a small company; lack of internal senior level resources for highly specialized works, a lot of learning on your feet (could be a pro or con, depending on personality/work style).

Great company to learn and grow as a professional. Principals prioritize challenging and encouraging junior staff.
Cons
If you want a place where you will be given small pieces of projects and micro managed, or a place where you can coast it likely won't be a good fit.
