Toxic HR team who support bad management Lack of Risk Knowledge Egotistical Male dominated environment Sexually explicit conversations on the floor No help or guidance for new joiners discrimination covered with excuses Penalised for choosing not to attend out of working hours events Reprimanded with no evidence of explanation of point they bought to you Victimised for confiding in HR about an ongoing medical condition Treated as though you are in school and clock watched, this company do not seem to allow for any lateness as small as 15 mins Human error is not allowed and you will be terminated if you make any small mistake
