Pros

-- On-time salary. But if you think this is a jaw dropping pro, you probably should first look at the cons and then judge. -- Good & smart colleagues, who are as frustrated with their unfortunate career path as you are being in this company.

Cons

Let's begin, and I will be very honest... -- First, its not a company, its an 'absolute monarchy' - one man rules your every breath when you are at the office - the CEO -- CEO has this creepy habit of eavesdropping at what employees talk to each other and what tabs are open in their computers. He thinks he is the most important person in the world and that everyone only talks about him. -- You can only butter your way up. Forget your ideas, forget your inventiveness. If you can reflect to CEO's dumb ideas and say "Yes Sir" to everything he suggests; you are all set for life (as his minion). He has literally kept a few people just for this purpose and they sit right besides him in the office so that they agree to everything he says and he would feel on the top of the world! -- Company cheats on its clients and that too very badly. They would take loads of upfront payments from clients, do sub-par work or no work at all in the deadline and then CEO would instruct the team to stop all communications with the client no matter how many times he calls or messages. All reviews you see on Clutch.co are positive because they fight with clutch and clients to remove the bad reviews. -- They also have their own top secret review & directory service to lure other development firms to list their companies and these guys here steal their client information from their reviews and use it to get those clients. And its working great! -- Ridiculously money oriented - they wont even serve morning tea because they want to save money. You will get a laugh if you are a coffee girl / guy! And you should really try the evening tea... its full of washing powder and tastes like crap. Try it out if you don't believe me - but you will need to pay for the tea and for breathing in their office space. -- CEO is judgemental and blames people for his shortcomings. I remember a very brilliant guy in marketing who was accused of - get this - "making 3 or more people leave the company by influencing them to join another company" when he had done nothing of that sort. The same marketing guy when left the company was accused of writing multiple bad reviews on glassdoor, when I & many others know that those reviews were written by different people in the company itself because they hate the company & its policies. That guy never wrote a review! -- So after every negative review, there will be a few positive reviews so that the negative reviews go down the list. Guess who writes these fake positive reviews? -- An idiotic bond that would last 18 months + 2 months of notice plus you pay Rs.50000 to company as an FD. So you become a servant, stay a servant and even pay for that! For those unfortunate Engg. / MBA colleges where they have started to campus recruit - please note that their bond won't even be mentioned in their job emails. Stay aware from such companies. -- Immensely poor appraisal - much less than industry standards and not at all related to how you perform. They have a fixed budget for a team - your senior gets Rs.1000 more than you and so on. If you are in the buttering group, you get more. -- Lastly, their accounts team and other upper management will be way over their heads when you talk to them. Accountant is manner-less and would talk very rudely, even with girls. Others managers would just be over smart rather than being humble as leaders. They have less knowledge in their domain than their juniors but they would act like Steve Jobs. And I am just scratching the surface here.

Pros

Work here if you do not possess good skills in your domain, but have good skills of doing buttering and yes sir then you will achieve great success here.

Cons

Huge list, they take money from you as bond even you have genuine reason to leave the company they take the whole amount and force you to even complete two months notice period if one observes there are three to four positive reviews after one negative one, wonder why? Because CEO specifically asks the team to add fake reviews Management implement cheap tricks to save money like no tea, taking money from employees, saving money by not arranging any hr activities, just one function a year where CEO's all personal function's happens and list goes on Worse is the increment cycle as it does not depend on your performance or efforts you put in but it depends on which position you are in, if you are senior and does not do any work then also you will get best hike, best example is our department's manager all including CEO knows he's good for nothing but then also gets the best hike as he is yes man type of person. Another example, there is a guy in our team who is here from last 4-5 years and his contribution is zero, he just comes in clocks in his hours listen to songs and go back. Even he is gets more hike than others who work hard, reason is that he is senior and nothing else. Company should stop looting clients here as they charge thousands of dollars but does not even deliver the work promised, worse in half of the cases they do not even start work and stop taking calls or replying to emails of clients HR literally does not exist, i do not blame them as as far as i know even if they try the management does not listen to them at all. The list goes on.....

Pros

Salary on time that is becase of accountant

Cons

Working here for almost a year now, I joined the company because heard good about it but it turned out otherwise They take your marksheets before you join Bond of 18 months and you also give money to the company After you join they take money from you and tell you its in FD but the charges to do that FD is on oyu which is around 3000 also heard when you leave the company there are same charges to remove FD so whatever you earned as interest you give more than that. They tell you FD is for your bond period which is 18 months but have heard that its for 36 months or till you leave the company No tea/cofee in morning to save money/cost cutting, the evening tea is more like hell. Moreover you dont get breaks apart from lunch time, few people take break as many times as they want because they are close to management you need to be invovled in favortism politics to survive your work is not important whats important is you do yes sir to delivery managers and managers delivery managers are nothing but money collectors from client, managers tries a lot but no one listen them as developers you are suppose to deliver projects at unrealistic deadlines and quality suffers but they are not concerned about client or quality of work what they are concerned is the money Yearly increments depends on your post for example i am tech lead i will get X amount, peson below me will get 500 Rs. less than me, person beow them will get 500 Rs. less, it doesnt matter if you perform or not there is a guy who is in same hierachy as me gets same increment because that person is here from long but works less than a person with one year experience lunch area is too small for 180 people to eat at the same time as lunch hour is fixed and not flexible, when talking to hr they say go downstairs or outside to eat how bad is that as an answer? Also when you get place at lunch area you have to eat standing no place to sit or stool or chair HR is just a puppet to CEO whatever he says is done no questions asked even if it is not valid When we have to come on holiday or stay extra hours for deadlines no food from company side or even leaves are not compensated You dont have freedom to try something new as a technology or tool timing restriction for people who are not doing yes sir and who does yes sir they have flexible timings you cant talk to other team members for work related thing forget about talking otherwise its like a school No fun HR activities at all no team outings lunch/dinner or celebrations also. They started it but did twice then got to know CEO doesnt like this things so it was stopped When client is happy with work we deliver (which is very rare) and gives extra for team to have lunch or dinner more than half the money is not given for celebration instead goes to CEO account and we are given a tight budget for lunch/dinner and they say to client team had a good time how bad it is? The product team is treated completely differently than service team, they are given all type of freedom their increments are double than service team members and when it comes to earnings they dont even break even. forget about money they are not good at what they do their product is very bad always has issues. Complete partiality by CEO If a good resource is leaving the company they dont try to retain them they say we will get much cheaper resource and people who are retained are yes sir kind of people only People who are working here since long they are here because they cannot work anywhere else they do not have the talent at all There are problems from start to end there is no process the CMMI certification is just to show off they do not follow any processes at all In all its a bad company to work with for clients as well as employees as well and it all falls on the CEO as he is the only decision maker and he only thinks about money
